1. Definitions

• "Withdrawal" refers to the process by which a User requests to transfer funds from their mpoapi Account to their designated bank account or payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by mpoapi to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mpoapi services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us and consent to be governed by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using our services and close your Account.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. 3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account and use mpoapi services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. mpoapi strictly enforces this age requirement in compliance with Indonesian legal standards. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, including government-issued identification documents.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not acting under duress, incapacity, or any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. Our services are designed specifically for the Indonesian market and may not be available in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account with mpoapi. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or attempting to circumvent our security measures is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: You confirm that you are not accessing mpoapi services from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, restricted, or otherwise prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

If at any time you cease to meet these eligibility requirements, you must immediately notify us and cease using our services. Failure to comply may result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration

To access mpoapi gaming services, you must complete our registration process and create an Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

mpoapi is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

You agree to provide all requested documents within the timeframe specified by mpoapi. Failure to complete verification may result in Account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals until verification is successfully completed. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored securely.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. mpoapi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

mpoapi supports a variety of payment methods tailored to Indonesian players, including major local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay).

5.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting from Rp 50.000.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly during banking hours. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• mpoapi does not charge fees for deposits, although your financial institution may impose transaction charges.
• You must not deposit funds derived from illegal or fraudulent sources. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and report them to relevant authorities.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless alternative arrangements have been approved by mpoapi.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts typically start from Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your VIP tier.
• Processing times vary from instant (for VIP Diamond and Black Diamond tiers) to 24 hours for standard accounts.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals may require additional verification documentation.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if we detect suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must meet all bonus wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-related funds. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

mpoapi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits.

Important Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or advantage players may be excluded from bonus offers at our discretion.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements (typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount) that must be met before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or be excluded entirely.
• Bonuses may have maximum bet restrictions (e.g., no more than Rp 50.000 per bet) while wagering requirements are active.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploiting system errors, will result in forfeiture of bonuses, associated winnings, and permanent Account closure.
• mpoapi reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Game Rules and Conduct

You agree to use mpoapi services in a fair, honest, and responsible manner. You must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Cheating, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using automated betting systems (bots)
• Collusion with other players or sharing information to gain unfair advantage
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting pricing errors
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward other players or staff
• Money laundering or using mpoapi services for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access our source code or systems

Violation of these conduct rules will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the disputed event.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the mpoapi platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of mpoapi or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use mpoapi services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mpoapi and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in service
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or content, including payment processors and game providers

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of mpoapi services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mpoapi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
• Your use or misuse of mpoapi services
• Any false or misleading information you provide to us
• Your breach of any representation or warranty contained herein

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, conducted in English or Bahasa Indonesia as mutually agreed. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened.

mpoapi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Your Account activity suggests fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct
• Continued operation of your Account poses a security or legal risk to mpoapi
• You have been inactive for a period exceeding 12 months

In the event of Account termination for cause, all funds and bonuses may be forfeited, and you will be permanently prohibited from using mpoapi services.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mpoapi regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
